Olivier Salad

It was named after its creator, chef Lucien Olivier, who managed a restaurant of French cuisine in Moscow in the early 60s of the XIX century. Salad "Olivier" is also called "Russian salad" outside Russia.

Ingredients: Beef, pork, potatoes, onions, eggs, carrots, pickled cucumbers, salt, mayonnaise.
